We are always looking for Outdoor Adventure Guides with a passion for the outdoors and excellent customer service/people skills. We think we have the best office in the world, we want to show people the possibilities for adventure they never knew existed, and leave them convinced that our underappreciated home deserves as much love as Zion or Moab. Our company values include protecting the outdoors (Leave no Trace ethics), safety for our guides and guests, respect and open communication with our employees. We want to provide a professional, organized environment in a field that is often chaotic and stressful – but we also want to let your unique skills and personality shine! We think guiding is an art, and our job is to use our experience, extensive knowledge, and friendly personalities to connect with people and make unique, incredible memories happen.

Our season runs from March until November, with peak months in May and September.

All guides operating vehicles with guests must be at least 25 years old (internships available if you’re under, see below). We aim to provide a fun, high-energy experience for our guests that is also highly informative on the local geology, history, and ecology- The willingness to learn this information is a must. Excellent driving skills are also required and you must have a current driver’s license and clean driving record (we will check this)- we can provide training on the 4×4 skills but prefer previous offroad driving eperience. We think a great guide can come from any background – a passion for Southern Utah and the outdoors, a love for learning and education, great people skills and the ability to think on your feet and thrive in the unpredictable world of guiding are most important.

All guides must have current CPR/First Aid certification. Guides leading overnight trips will need a current WFR.
